Going outside will help stimulate the senses to see, hear, smell, touch and taste the beauty of the natural world around you, allow for fresh air to be inhaled into your lungs and pour into your cells, bring some much needed relaxation time into your life to reduce the everyday stresses, and allows you to come in contact with nature and reconnect with yourself.
